Enjoy a Maccabee Martini with Botanist Gin to Toast to Hanukkah

Let there be light! Hanukkah is here and the party continues for eight nights — and this cocktail is perfect for getting the party started. Made with a mix of Botanist Gin, sherry, honey syrup and salt water solution, it’s an elevated sip for celebrating the Festival of Lights.

“Hanukkah is the celebration of perseverance,” explains Karen Grill, Southwest Brand Advocate at Collectif 1806/Rémy Cointreau, USA. “We celebrate triumph and how one days worth of oil lasted for 8 to light the menorah in the Jewish Holy Temple. It seemed only fitting to celebrate with a cocktail that highlights the beautiful flavor and texture that olive oil brings to a Botanist Martini”
