We recently got to check out the launch of Torres 15 Spanish Brandy at The Spare Room in Hollywood, California. The very talented Yael Vengroff created special cocktails for the occasion and one of the standouts was the Magdala Effect. Yael said of the cocktail, “the inspiration is a play on the Mandela Effect, which is a weird phenomenon when a collective of people believe something that never happened; so it is a bit of a surrealist theme. I wanted to play off the beauty of the Magdala Orange Liqueur and make everything orange.”
