How to Make The Monarch Cocktail from Sweet Afton

• 1 oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
• 1/2 oz Lime Juice
• 1/2 Velvet Falernum Liquor
• 1/2 Mezcal
• 1.5 Jalapeño infused Tequila

Shake the cocktail and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
