Match Point at Bottle & Bine

The US Open kicks off today at the USTA Tennis Centre in Queens, and we are celebrating by featuring this tennis-themed tipple at Bottle & Bine. The Match Point is a refreshing blend of Bulldog gin, crème de violette, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup and orange bitters, perfect for sipping while catching all the action on the court.

Match Point Ingredients and Recipe

• 2 oz Bulldog Gin
• .75 oz crème de violette
• .75 oz fresh lemon juice
• .25 oz simple syrup
• 4 dashes orange bitters

Preparation: Build all ingredients in a Bordeaux glass. Add crushed ice, swizzle, top with more crushed ice. Garnish with fresh lavender flowers and an orange twist.
