After lots of speculation about where Max Fish planned to reopen, after closing on Ludlow Street last summer (Sweet Chick just officially took over that space), is looks like the dive bar is bringing the PBR-infused fun back to the Lower East Side.
There were one rumors that Max Fish would head out to Williamsburg, but on the docket for an April 7th SLA meeting is a liquor license application by “Ulli Bar Corp.” at 120 Orchard Street, the former home of Gallery Bar. Ulli Rimkus is the owner of Max Fish.
