Art Basel’s prestige and influence has led to the dubbing the first week of December as Miami Art Week.

The Art of Banksy Miami
This art exhibit is not in Wynwood, but in its 2.0 version, the Magic City Innovation District. Located north of the Design District and west of Miami’s Upper Eastside, the district spans across the slowly gentrifying neighborhoods of Little Haiti and Little River. Although still rough around it the edges, it is the new designation for creators, budding artists, and cutting-edge hipsters.
On exhibit will be Banksy’s indoor pieces – original and unique works on canvas, wood and paper, which have so far been less exposed than his outdoor art. However, this exhibition is not authorized by Banksy and not curated in collaboration with the artist. The Art of Banksy exhibit will have all his iconic indoor works, on loan from collectors, on display, like Laugh Now, Girl with Balloon, Pulp Fiction, Flower Thrower, Monkey Queen, Flag Wall, Soup Can and many more.
