New Fall Wine Pairing Menu
Highlighting seasonal and local ingredients, the menu – featuring dishes like whipped Berkshire lardo with fresh fig , pork belly with rainbow beets and Chablis vinegar and braised pork shank with roasted fall vegetables – are expertly paired with a variety of Domaine Chanson Burgundy wines, including Viré-Clessé ‘14, Le Bourgogne Pinot Noir ‘13 and Marsannay ’12.
Available now until October 14, the tasting menu + wine pairing dinner will only set you back $99 per person – quite a deal.
