New Tableside Gin Service at Sala’o in Miami

With bars and restaurants all around the globe still struggling with how to open – safely – one thing is for sure: outdoor space for dining and drinking is key. And at Sala’o in Miami’s Little Havana neighborhood, the tableside gin service can be enjoyed al fresco.

This contemporary Cuban restaurant and bar is located in Calle Ocho – home to Miami’s popular Latin hotspots. Sala’o recently launched a brand new cocktail program, and with it, a tableside gin and tonic service complete with a minibar cart. The special G & T menu offers six variations on the classic, all of which can be experienced outdoors on the restaurant’s patio.

Varadero 

Hendrick’s Original Gin, Mediterranean Tonic Water, Lemon, Olive and Fresh Rosemary.

El Pilar 

Hendrick’s Midsummer Solstice Gin,  Fever-Tree Indian Tonic Water, Dried Grapefruit, Fresh Thyme and Golden Berry.

Santa Maria 

Whitley Neill Blood Orange Gin,  Fever-Tree Aromatic Tonic Water, Strawberry, Anise and Red Currant.

Ancón 

Hendrick’s Orbium Gin, Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic Water and Dried Lime, Cucumber and Roses.

Playa Del Este 

Empress 1908 Indigo Gin, Fever-Tree Refreshingly Light Cucumber Tonic, Blackberry, Dried Lime and Fresh Mint.

Cayo Largo

Hendrick’s Midsummer Solstice Gin, Fever-Tree Lemon Tonic, Fresh Bay Leaves, Fresh Ginger, Dried Lemon and Flowers.
