Gone West hospitality group recently opened its second venue in Los Angeles, Warrior, in the space formerly occupied by Pearl’s Rooftop on the Sunset Strip. The sexy, Asian inspired space includes a rooftop bar, garden-like seating outside and the Choo Choo Club, a secured secret lounge behind 200-year-old doors imported from China. At the helm of the culinary program is Chef Hung Huynh’s,winner of Bravo’s “Top Chef.” For NYE, Warrior will have two dinner seatings, 7:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. featuring a four-course meal for $99. Offerings include Oysters & Caviar, Fried Cauliflower, Wagyu Beef Tartare, Cantonese Lobster Noodles, Wagyu Beef Steak, Toban Mushrooms, Kung Pao Tofu, Chocolate Molten Lava Cake and Coconut Ice Cream. Angler is a sea-life focused restaurant from Saison Hospitality located in the heart of Los Angeles. On Tuesday, Dec. 31, Angler LA rings in the New Year with an opulent menu from Chef Joshua Skenes.
