At the helm of the culinary program is Chef Hung Huynh’s,winner of Bravo’s “Top Chef.” For NYE, Warrior will have two dinner seatings, 7:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. featuring a four-course meal for $99. Offerings include Oysters & Caviar, Fried Cauliflower, Wagyu Beef Tartare, Cantonese Lobster Noodles, Wagyu Beef Steak, Toban Mushrooms, Kung Pao Tofu, Chocolate Molten Lava Cake and Coconut Ice Cream.
