Good news, LA: there’s a new hotspot in town now that Nightingale has opened their doors. Taking over the former Greystone Manor space in West Hollywood, Nightingale is the latest from hospitality giants, sbe.
This new boîte features a high-end mixology program along with the standard bottle service, in a venue designed by the renowned Rockwell Group. There’s the main club room, an intimate porch bar, a VIP back bar and a plush outdoor garden oasis, where guests can hang out, dance and sip drinks all night long – most likely alongside A-listers.
“At Nightingale, we offer a high-end mixology program that embodies sbe’s signature world-class luxury,” says head bartender Alex Wall. “All of our cocktails are prepared with fresh ingredients and premium spirits to ensure the best quality cocktails possible. We have a wide range of flavors to ensure there is something for every palate. It was important for me to create drinks that are complex enough to excite guests and to show them something different – all while being able to make them with speed and efficiency in a high volume nightclub environment.”
Speciality cocktails include the Tanager Sling with pear vodka, elderflower liqueur, muddled cucumber, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup and soda, the Red Robin, a mix of Knob Creek rye whisky, pomegranate liquor, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup and soda water and the Luscinia Margarita with añejo tequila, Cointreau, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, fresh yuzu juice and house blended passion fruit puree.
Hungry? Check out the bites including Crispy Kale, Fried Chicken Sliders and a variety of pizzas.
Welcome to the neighborhood, Nightingale.
