The Campbell

The Campbell Apartment

Just recently, the Gerber Group unveiled The Campbell, the long anticipated revival of the former Campbell Apartment, located in Grand Central Terminal. Paying homage to the legacy of John W. Campbell, a Jazz Age financier who converted the space to his private office and reception hall in 1923, The Campbell showcases many of the thirteenth-century Florentine-inspired design details, a grand stone fireplace and John Campbell’s personal steel safe. The New York institution features Gerber Group’s selection of classic and modern cocktails, in addition to wines and locally brewed craft beers. Signature drinks span from classic and era-driven like the Aviation made with Nolet’s Gin, crème de violette, Maraschino liqueur and fresh lemon. Elevated bar bites include the Butcher’s Block, with charcuterie and country pâté, Crispy Tuna Tartare Tacos with smoked chipotle mayonnaise, and Meatball Sliders with pecorino and basil.
