Recovery Sundays At Watermark Bar

Recovery Sundays returns from 2:00PM to 6:00PM this Sunday for its last installment of the season. Unwind from the (wild) weekend with juice cocktail flights, wheatgrass shots and chill beats courtesy of DJ Mixed Feelings.

Recovery Sundays at Watermark Bar South Seaport

Indulge in specials like the Brunch Hash – That’s potato hash, red quinoa, white cheddar, spinach, onions and garlic with a fried egg on top; and Pat LaFrieda Wagyu hamburger. Nothing but a laid-back afternoon on Watermark’s terrace while absorbing the sun-rays and wide-ranging views of Brooklyn.

Game of Thrones Viewing Party at The VNYL

You want to host a GoT party at home, but you have a big friend group and little-ass apartment – What do you do? Bring your party-people to The VNYL for their Game of Thrones Sunday Series. The downtown haunt continues to host full screenings of the new episodes every week starting at 9:00PM.

Game of Thrones Viewing Party at The Vnyl East Village

With a huge projector screen in their main dining room, all guests will have a perfect view of the action while nomming on some GoT themed bites like $7 Pig Wings of Westerlands and $1 Essos Oysters, and sipping specialty cocktails like The White Walker and Dothraki Daiquiri. Best part is… You don’t have to clean up after.

Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar at Rockefeller Center

Just never enough Blue Ribbon restaurants in New York City. As for Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar… There are only two, and this is the second iteration. The first of which opened at Brookfield Place’s Hudson Eats, in the summer of 2014; and now, at the Rock.

Blue Ribbon Opens at Rockefeller Center Midtown

It’s a more “casual riff” of Blue Ribbon restaurants featuring an 11-seat sushi bar for visitors (who have time) to taste the omakase indulgence, small seated counter, a “design-your-own-bowl” assembly section and of course, endless grab-and-go options for the working Midtowners (with no time to spare). Grab canned sake and plum wine for your walk back to the office.

Mayhuel Mezcal Tequila Bar Closes

We hate to break it to our fellow agave lovers… The East Village cocktail bar and lounge from restaurateur Ravi DeRossi has closed its doors for good yesterday.

Mayahuel proudly served locals and industry leaders alike since 2009, concentrating solely on one spirit – Tequila. Without them, we’d still be sipping boring margaritas.
