PHD Terrace is serving winter cocktails and a holiday vibe.

’Tis the season to enjoy delicious rooftop drinks! The newest winter hotspot, PHD Terrace at Dream Midtown has officially launched their stunning Midwinter’s Night Dream – with some seasonal cocktails, too.

The intimate indoor terrace now pays homage to Shakespeare’s story by the same name. The space, according to Dream Midtown, “has undergone a full transformation into a whimsical European garden, designed to be a romantic and enchanted escape set high above the bustling streets of Manhattan.”

The stunning PHD Terrace features twinkling lights, mistletoe swathed bars, a floor-to-ceiling swing and winter floral installations.

Even better than the decor? Sipping on beverage director Adam Koelb’s inventive new cocktails that perfectly complement the special experience.

If you’re in the mood for a cold-weather favorite, then the S’mores Tini will sate your sweet tooth since it’s made with Stoli Vanilla Vodka, Crème De Cacao, homemade chocolate syrup and tableside roasted marshmallows components.

Love Potion at Midwinter’s Night Dream

The Love Potion milk shake will leave you wishing it was Christmas all year round and tastes like a peppermint candy cane, thanks to the blend of Bailey’s Rum, vodka, cinnamon, mint chocolate, strawberry ice cream, peppermint bark and candy canes. Served in a classic milk jar, it’s the boozy milkshake of our holiday dreams.

Coming with a group? Don’t miss the large format Secret Garden Sangria, which serves up to 8 people and made with one whole bottle of Sauvignon Blanc, Triple Sec, Pomegranate Infused Seeds, Pear Slices, Oranges and Smoked Rosemary, or the Gingerbread Cookie Skillet + Boozy Ice Cream, made for up to 12 people to split. It’s the adult version of milk and cookies, served with a cookie dough center, gingerbread cookies and boozy vanilla ice cream.
