Drink This Now: “One World, One Love ” Cocktail at COTE NYC in Support of Hurricane Relief Efforts in Puerto Rico

The island of Puerto Rico is still recovering from the impact and devesataion of Hurricane Fiona, and   COTE, the Michelin Starred Korean Steak House in New York City. COTE has recently launched the “One World, One Love” cocktail, with half of the proceeds benefiting World Central Kitchen and their efforts to help feed and support Puerto Rico in the aftermath of Hurricane Fiona.

“No matter where you are geographically, the hospitality industry is a small world. It’s a huge part of our culture at COTE to help others in need whenever we can. We saw the devastation of an incredible community in Puerto Rico and friends of ours at bars like JungleBird who were directly impacted, so we knew that we needed to do something. This cocktail is our local call of duty to bring everyone together and support the heroic efforts of our partners at World Central Kitchen who have boots on the ground to help feed and rebuild the communities in Puerto Rico, Florida and the Caribbean.” – Sondre Kasin, Principal Bartender

A friendly nod of solidarity to JungleBird bar in San Juan, Puerto Rico which was affected by the hurricane.

One World, One Love ($20) will change seasonally, but COTES’s cocktail partnership with World Central Kitchen will continue year-round. The current support of WCK in Puerto Rico will be available through October.
