Cozy Up At Pig Beach With These Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Fire Cocktails

Pig Beach Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Fire Cocktails

Hot Honey Badger

  • 2 oz Jack Daniels Fire
  • 1.5 oz Pig Beach Hot honey syrup
  • 1.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 5 mint leaves
  • club soda
  • Pig Beach Hot Honey BBQ rub for rim

Muddle mint in shaker add syrup, jack Daniels fire and lemon juice
2. Salt rim of rocks glass with pig beach hot honey rub
3. Pour mix over pellet ice into rocks glass
4. Top with club soda stir serve

Pig Beach Hot Honey Syrup

  • 1 pint honey
  • 1 quart water
  • 2 cups Pig Beach Hot Honey BBQ rub (available for sale at PIGBEACHNYC.COM)

Mix all ingredients in sauce pot bring to boil, stir well, strain thru strainer, chill

Jack Fire Mule

  • 1 oz Jack Daniels Fire
  • 3.5 oz Ginger beer
  • 2 wedge of lime
  • 8 dash Peychaud’s bitters

Add Ice to a Collins glass and add Jack Fire. Top with ginger beer, add bitters, squeeze one lime wedge and stir.  Garnish with a lime wedge.

Cinnamon Caramel Apple Milk Punch

  • 2 oz Jack Daniels Fire
  • 6 oz Caramel Apple Milk*
  • 2 Tbsp vanilla whipped cream
  • Shaved dark chocolate

Mix milk punch with Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Fire and top with whipped cream and then shave chocolate on top with micro plane. This cocktail can be served either hot or cold.

  • Caramel Apple Milk (makes 1 ½ gallon)
  • 1 pt. Granulated sugar
  • 1 qt apple cider
  • 1 qt heavy cream
  • 1-gallon whole milk

In a large sauce pot caramelize the sugar, once fully melted and lightly brown add apple cider to stop the cooking then bring to boil to  melt sugar. When fully liquidized add the cream and milk bring to boil one more time then either use warm for drink or chill completely.
