Changes on the way for The Palm Court at The Plaza Hotel: the famed bar closed for renovations last week and will now be run by Geoffrey Zakarian, who is now in charge of of all the dining operations at the hotel (excepting Todd English‘s basement food hall).
According to Eater, the space will reopen in September with a new bar and an “elaborate cocktail program.”
