Toca Madera: A Must-Visit Brunch Spot on the Las Vegas Strip

Toca Madera has quickly become one of the hottest new places to brunch on the Las Vegas Strip. Every Saturday and Sunday, guests can indulge in a delightful array of sweet and savory dishes at this modern Mexican restaurant, complemented by exclusive brunch cocktails.

Carla Lorenzo, the beverage director for Noble 33 (the hospitality and lifestyle company behind Toca Madera), explains, "We offer a playful twist on the classic brunch mimosa, featuring an array of fresh juices and purees for guests to customize their own mimosa." The build-your-own mimosa kit also includes edible flowers and fresh fruit, perfect for enhancing the drink.

One of the standout drinks is the Chiquita Banana, a mix between a piña colada and a breakfast smoothie. Lorenzo shares, "Noble 33 is an agave-focused brand, so I switched out the rum for tequila and added fresh ginger syrup to cut through the sweetness."

For espresso martini lovers, the But First...Coffee cocktail is a must-try. "The vanilla notes in the reposado tequila, paired with Coca-Cola, tajin, and cinnamon syrup, perfectly balance the bitterness of the espresso and coffee liqueur," says Lorenzo.

The Nueva Vida cocktail is a refreshing option, with apples, cucumbers, and jalapeños juiced fresh every morning. Lorenzo notes, "The addition of aloe liqueur and habanero bitters bridges all of these ingredients together, creating a super fresh and clean cocktail that you almost wouldn't know contains alcohol."

Other brunch cocktails include:

  • Agua Risita: A sangria with pineapple amaro and Cocchi Americano.
  • Sana Sana: A spicy margarita featuring fresh cucumber juice and mezcal.
  • Aye Mami: A fun and interactive cocktail served with a gold-leaf spoon.
  • Michelada: Made with non-traditional ingredients and a house-made mix.
