It’s all about creative dishes and drinks and Washington DC’s Bresca. And the inventive Ramp is the Ruse cocktail certainly won’t disappoint any drinkers looking for something unique to sip.
Made with a delightful and piquant mix of El Gobernador Pisco, Cocchi Americano and 30-year Amontillado Sherry, the Ramp is the Ruse has a secret ingredient: the pickled ramp used as a garnish.
“I wanted to showcase pisco outside of the sour world,” explains Bresca’s Lead Bartender Will Patton. “So I used the floral notes of El Gobernador to add some depth for this Gibson riff.”
