As today is Repeal Day, we head to one of our favorite bars in the world, Employee’s Only. Each year, this cocktail mecca celebrates the end of Prohibition as well as their anniversary with a legendary party. While we can’t talk much about the epic revelry that goes on behind closed doors at E.O.’s Repeal Day party, we can talk about the cocktails.
On their special cocktail menu for the evening, Jose Ibanez put a slight Spanish twist on the classic Sidecar with Torres 15 Brandy made in Barcelona. We suggest pairing this cocktail with a seductive smile.

Spanish Sidecar
- 1.75 oz Torres 15
- 1 oz Torres Orange
- .75 oz of Lemon Juice
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail tin, add ice and shake vigorously. Strain and serve in a sugar rimmed glass.
