Rosé Ciders to Sip All Summer Long

With Memorial Day Weekend signaling the start of the summer season – even if it doesn’t officially begin until June 21st – it’s all about warm weather sipping. And while Rosé is still all the rage, these brands are upping the ante with their Rosé Cider offerings, perfect for drinking by the pool or the BBQ pit all season long.

Angry Orchard Rosé Cider

Angry Orchard is already known – and loved – for their killer hard cider. Now, they are making an equally delightful and delicious rosé version will be on your summer to-drink list. Made with a blend of apples including rare red flesh apples from France, Angry Orchard Rosé hard cider is both crisp and refreshing with a rosy color and floral aroma, inspired by the light and fruit-forward elements of Rosé wine. The apple-forward taste of the Rosé hard cider is balanced with light tannins, similar to a dry white wine, with an ABV of 5.5%.

“I love Rosé wine, but I’m excited for drinkers to move on over to cider and try something new this spring with our Angry Orchard Rosé,” said Ryan Burk, Head Cider Maker of Angry Orchard. “The rare red flesh apples used in our Rosé not only impart complex flavors but contribute to the cider’s beautiful rosy hue. It’s crisp, refreshing, and unlike any other style we have crafted.”

Angry Orchard Rosé hard cider is yummy on its own, but also pairs nicely with creamy cheeses like gouda and feta and hearty, flavorful meats – think prosciutto and ham. Game on, summer.

Available nationwide; click here for locations near you. SRP: 6pack: $7.99-9.99 and 12-pack variety packs with other Angry Orchard styles: $14.99-16.99 (depending on location)
