This week, we are loving on the Rosemary Negroni at Egg Shop, an aromatic and flavorful riff on the classic, made with Gordon’s gin, rosemary-infused vermouth, Campari and Amaro Nonino. It’s just one of the selections from chef Nick Korbee’s drink menu, made up of familiar cocktails with a slight twist (hence, the rosemary).
You’ve been to Egg Shop for their always amazing food – the Eggshop B.E.C.is always a favorite and the fried chicken is basically heaven – but have you tried the drinks? Not just the Bloody Mary and the Mimosa, but the creative cocktails concocted by Korbee at this Nolita eatery.
Rosemary Negroni Ingredients

- 1.5 oz Gordon’s gin
- 0.5 oz Rosemary-infused vermouth
- 0.5 oz Campari
- 0.5 Amaro Nonino
- Garnish with Orange peel and Rosemary Sprig.
Instructions:
Build in glass; add ice; stir; strain; served on rocks and garnished with rosemary sprig and orange peel
