Then head to Michelin-starred restaurant Rouge Tomate on March 21 from 9 to 11 p.m., where sommelier extraordinaire Pascaline Lepeltier will be hosting a “happy hour” and inviting guests sitting in the bar area to sip on rare selections from a flight of rare Hungarian-produced wines.
