Their Rudolph the Red-Nosed Cocktail is a festive blend combining infused genever, peppermint syrup, cold pressed cranberry juice, cardamom bitters, and pine cone ice.
Created by the US GRANT’s Chef de Bar, Cory Alberto, he says of the cocktail “I created this and the other cocktails on our current Holiday menu with inspiration from Christmas as a child and my favorite old Claymation movies from the 1960’s. Rudolph the Red-Nosed Cocktail is clearly inspired by the famous reindeer and a little play on the red nose that comes with winter tippling.” There is no questioning that this cocktail worthy of Santa’s most trusted navigator.
Rudolph the Red-Nosed Cocktail recipe
- 2 oz. clove infused Genever
- 1 oz. fresh pressed cranberry
- .75 oz. of peppermint candy cane syrup
- Splash of citrus juice
- 4 dashes cardamom bitters
INSTRUCTIONS: Shaken in a Boston shaker and fine strained into a low ball and garnished with sage, candied citrus and a small pinecone.
