This week’s Drink of the Week is the Savage Detective which contains Mezcal, Amaro, and IPA. The history of the beer cocktail has a long and rich history dating back to the 1700s with the Flip. Adults of the thirteen colonies drank an impressive amount of alcohol, which was equivalent of several shots every day.
If you like shandies or micheladas then this is a great mezcal, IPA cocktail. Follow this recipe to make this cocktail at your house or head over to Blind Barber in the East Village to have them make it for you.
