This Sunday, August 14th, “Secret Summer” is back at The Foundry in Long Island City for its second year. Hosted by the boys of RAPT, Bespoke Solutions and Highlife Productions, the New York City-based farm-to-bar festival will feature an array of craft cocktails curated by the city’s top mixologists and brands such as, Woodford Reserve, Old Forester, Herradura, Rekorderlig Cider and more. Local cuisine will be available to purchase from few of our favorite restaurants and food trucks – Van Leeuwen Ice Cream and Eddie’s Pizza.
That’s just the beginning though. Live performances by ballet dancers and twin aerialists; “curated mischief” including flash tattoo and face painting stations, floral crown-making booth, and live graffiti installation. Also, SPiN’s mega ping-pong garden, Jack Daniel’s Gentleman Jack Greenhouse, The Polar Seltzer Lounge, and MUCH more to experience.
Keep in mind – there is a dress code. Bohemian chic, or classic summer chic attire, that is. (No heels necessary as The Foundry event space contains cobblestone walkways and open grate staircases)
