Get ready, NYC: Giorgio Bargiani from The Connaught Bar in Mayfair London (a perennial World’s Best Bar) is heading to Shinji’s (from the Michelin-starred team behind Noda) for a ONE-NIGHT ONLY event. Sponsored by Fords Gin, the evening — happening at Shinji’s in NYC’s Flatiron District on Sunday, July 30th — will feature cocktails and bites with tickets including three (3) cocktails, two (2) handrails and “a little sumthin’ extra at the end.” Limited seatings are available at 5pm, 7pm and 9pm; please note that due to the peculiar nature of the drinks being served we cannot accommodate any allergies or aversions.

“We set up these events with tickets and time slots so everyone can receive the entire experience,” Jonathan Adler, Beverage Director at Noda and Shinji’s tells Thirsty. “So many times with these events you end up waiting for drinks most of the time and they run out before you get to try everything. Not only are we striving to innovate with technique and service at Shinji’s but with the way we host these type of guest bartending events as well.”
The evening is expected to be extra-special with guests getting to experience the craft cocktails from The Connaught Bar’s Bargiani in the fabulous Shinji’s space.
