The historic Silk Road “was the perfect reflexion of that by being one of the main path of trade for many different countries to import and export their product (or passion) and thats what I had in mind when I created this cocktail,” explains Salicetti.
Blending vodka with lemongrass water, lemon, slim liquor, star anise syrup and egg white for a creative cocktail that you must check out now.
Silk Road Ingredients & Preparation
- Belvedere vodka
- Lemongrass juice
- Lime juice
- Plum liquor
- Star Anise syrup
- Egg white
Instructions: Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake well. Add ice to the top of the shaker and shake again, this time very vigorously, and strain into a coupe glass. Finish with several drops of Peychaud Bitters, lemongrass sprig, and 1 caramelized star anise
