Sip & Savor These Brunch Cocktails at Toca Madera Las Vegas

Toca Madera is one of the hottest new places to brunch on the Las Vegas Strip. Every Saturday and Sunday, guests can indulge in sweet and savory dishes at the modern Mexican restaurant as well as crafted cocktails made exclusively for brunch.

“A playful twist on the classic brunch mimosa, we offer an array of fresh juices and purees for guests to customize their own mimosa,” said Carla Lorenzo, beverage director for Noble 33, the hospitality and lifestyle company behind the Toca Madera brand. The build-your-own mimosa kit also includes edible flowers and fresh fruit to enhance the drink.

The Chiquita Banana, which is a mix between a piña colada and a morning breakfast smoothie, is a favorite among guests. “Noble 33 is an agave-focused brand, so naturally I switched out the rum for tequila and added fresh ginger syrup to cut through the sweetness,” Lorenzo said.

Those who like to drink espresso martinis should order the But First…Coffee cocktail. “ The vanilla notes in the reposado tequila, paired with the Coca-Cola, tajin, and cinnamon syrup are the perfect balance to the bitterness of the espresso and coffee liqueur.”

For the Nueva Vida, Lorenzo and her team juice apples, cucumbers, and jalapenos every morning. “The addition of aloe liqueur and habanero bitters bridges all of these ingredients together to create a super fresh and clean cocktail that you almost wouldn’t know has alcohol in it.”

Other brunch cocktails include the Agua Risita, a sangria with pineapple amaro and Cocchi americano; Sana Sana, a spicy margarita with fresh cucumber juice and mezcal; Aye Mami, a fun and interacting cocktail featuring a gold-leaf spoon; and the Michelada, which uses non-traditional ingredients and a house-made mix.
