Made with gin, banana liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup and pineapple juice, the Snow Bird will keep you warm and cozy on those freezing nights.

Snow Bird at Gansevoort Meatpacking Ingredients and Preparation

  • 1.5 oz gin
  • .5 oz banana liqueur
  • .75 oz lemon juice
  • .5 oz simple syrup
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 3 dashes of Angostura bitters

Preparation: Combine ingredients in a glass and shake. Garnish with 3 dashes of Angostura bitters and umbrella.
