In celebration of their 5 year anniversary, Lure Fishbar South Beach is hosting a popup, which offers an exclusive taste from celebrity Chef Josh Capon of their sister restaurant, Lure Fishbar NYC. The “From SoHo to SoBe” Pop-Up menu, complete with special cocktails, will run until July 31st.
In contrast to the New York City outpost’s basement-style, Lure Fishbar South Beach rises above sea level with spectacular ocean views. Rich teak wood paneling, brass details, and elegant floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the bar and main dining room evoke a sense of being on the high seas.
NYC Pop-Up Cocktails at Lure Fishbar South Beach
I’ll Have That
Grey Goose Vodka, Lemon juice, Earl Grey Simple Syrup and Bitterman’s Hopped Grapefruit Bitters; shaken and strain into a coup glass, and garnished with a Lemon Twist.
Journey Into Night
Bulleit Rye, Carpano Antica Vermouth and Fernet Branca ; stirred and strained into rocks glass with 2×2 Ice Cube, and garnished with Brandied Cherries.
Soto Soho Martini
Soto Junmai Daigingo Sake, Breckenridge Gin and St. Germain Liqueur; stirred and strained into coup glass, and garnished with a speared Cucumber Ribbon.
Pair these elegant cocktails with special seafood and steak dishes, like Lobster Croutons or Shazam Roll to start. For main course, great choices are the Pan-Roasted Striped Bass, with shaved sprouts and bacon, Whole Stuffed 2lb Lobster with Dungeness crab stuffing and garlic-chili butter, or Filet Mignon with Trumpet mushrooms and grilled Cipollini onions.
