We asked Terrazza’s bartender Rick Shakoury what inspired him to create this decadent post-dinner treat, and he shared: “Nothing says holidays like a creamy rich spiked dessert with a hint of cinnamon and pumpkin. Why not have it in a glass instead of a cake and save on a few carbs?”
Spiced Espresso Martini Recipe and Preparation by Rick Shakoury
- 2oz Tito’s Handmade Vodka
- 2 oz Brewed Espresso
- 0.5 oz Kahlua Pumpkin Spice Liqueur
- A splash of both Caramel and Chocolate Syrups
Place ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well. Then, strain in to martini glass. Garnish the top of one side of the martini glass with Winter Seasoning (a mixed blend of cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and ginger). Top with a Star of Anise on the center.
