Death or Glory is scaring up some fun for Halloween with the Death or Gory Halloween Pop Up Bar. South Florida´s popular Delray Beach bar and restaurant has transformed into ‘Death and Gory’ – a haunted bar full of supernatural decor, and separate menus for Halloween cocktails and dinner dishes whose names reference Edgar Allen Poe.
Some cocktails are served in Death or Gory tiki mugs, designed just for the occasion. Others are in ghostly vessels, including a chemistry beaker.

Poison Apple
This frozen drink is deviously blended with Tullamore DEW Irish Whiskey, Cinnamon Simple Syrup, Apple Cider and Prosecco. Served in Pumpkin Mug, and garnished with Dehydrated Apples.
Lizzy Borden
A smoky and spicy Old Fashioned; stirred with Woodford Reserve Bourbon Whiskey, Licor 43 and housemade Chai Spice Simple Syrup, then, garnished with orange expression and a creepy, but, not edible, Eye Ball. Served over large 2×2 Ice Cube, and, on an Axe.
Premature Burial
This spirity concoction is shaken with Angostura 7-Year-Old Rum, Smith and Cross Rum, fresh Pineapple juice , Coconut Cream, Orange Juice, Black Walnut Bitters and Pumpkin Puree. Served in a Pumpkin Mug, and garnished with an Orchid Pineapple Crescent.
Eye Roll
An eerie yet sassy cocktail made with Reyka Vodka, Lychee Juice, Lemon Juice and housemade Jalapeno Simple Syrup, then, topped with Grenadine Drops, and garnished with two Murano Cherry-filled Lychee Eye Balls.
Dead On Arrival
(single or communal)
A vampiric elixir shaken with Lemon Hart Original 1804 Rum, Lemon Hart Blackpool Spiced Rum, Falernum, Chinola Passion Fruit Liqueur, Lime Juice, Simple Syrup and Ice. Shown as communal serving in rolling IV Bags.
The ‘Death or Gory’ pumpkin cauldron-style mug was specially made for the restaurant and bar, and is available for purchase (or for a special price with the purchase of a cocktail), as are the ´Death or Gory´ branded witches hats that dangle from the ceiling.

Halloween Pop Up Bar opened Friday, September 6, and runs through Halloween. Hours are 4 pm to closing, daily.
On Fridays through Halloween, from 7:30 pm to 11 pm, receive free Tarot readings by David the Psychic.
Death or Gory Party will be held on Halloween starting at 7 pm.
