Sake and ramen? Yes, please! On Tuesday, March 25, Brooklyn-based Dassara Ramen is hosting a Spring Sake Social, with all-you-can-drink-and-eat sake and dishes from the restaurant’s spring menu.
Dassara will be celebrating the start of spring (finally!) with a night of sake, food, fun and music. Chef Pablo will pair new spring dishes with a selection of eight sakes to be poured by “Sake Samurai” Tim Sullivan of Urban Sake, who will be on hand to discuss the different selections.
The event goes from 7 to 10 p.m. and will feature music by Styles Upon Styles, art by Michael Lisnet and technology powered by RAMENWERK. Tickets are $45, available here.
