With the spring season nearing, it’s all about sparkling drinks, right? Look no further than the Surf City Pritz at the Ace Hotel Downtown Los Angeles, the brainchild of mixologist Dan Sabo made with gin, elderflower liqueuer, pineapple rum (yum!), Cocchi Americano, honey water, coconut water and soda.
“I wanted to create a drink that you could definitely have more than one of,” explains Sabo. “I was inspired by geography and the season when I created the Surf City Spritz. This is a light drink that you’re going to want to sit in the sunshine and drink.”
And drink, and drink.
