Texas Porch Sipper at Randolph

Just because summer is almost over doesn’t mean the party has to end. This week, we head to Randolph in Nolita and sip the Texas Porch Sipper, a refreshing mix of vodka, honey syrup, blackberries and mint. And yes, it is as delicious as it sounds.

Texas Porch Sipper Ingredients

  • 2 oz Tito’s vodka
  • 3/4 oz Honey Syrup
  • 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1-2 Blackberries
  • Pinch of mint


Texas Porch Sipper Preparation:

  1. Muddle mint, blackberries, lemon juice, and honey syrup in a Collins glass.
  2. Add 2 oz of Tito’s vodka
  3. Fill Collins glass 3/4 with crushed ice
  4. Use bar spoon or swizzle stick and mix.
  5. Top with crushed ice and form into a cone
  6. Mint sprig garnish.
