The Boozy Firework at Restaurant Marc Forgione

Happy birthday, America! Celebrate this Fourth of July with a throwback to your childhood, The Boozy Firecracker, at Tribeca’s Restaurant Marc Forgione. This cocktail  – made with a blend of vodka, blue curacao and raspberry syrup – is a fun play on a childhood classic bomb pop Good Humor popsicle.

“The cocktail is a fun play on a childhood classic ice pop,” explains GM Michael Noah. “At the restaurant, we like to have fun, bring back a throwback in a boozy form and enjoy a refreshingly tasty cocktail.”
