Presented by The Metric Hospitality Group and hospitality vets Eric Marx and Lisle Richards, Monarch Room boasts a cavernous, 180-seat dining room complete with dark wood finishes and plush leather banquettes designed by Roman and Williams, as well as a 10-seat raw bar and a spacious bar area, perfect for pre or post-meal cocktails.
Having formerly been an industrial space, Monarch Room – located across the street from the iconic Chelsea Market – invokes that warehouse-style feel along with dimmed lighting and high ceilings and a second floor area devoted to the kitchen and bathrooms.

The restaurants sits above the glittering lounge slash nightclub Gilded Lily, which features another exclusive hideaway for the city’s nightowls.
