This cocktail was created by the mad drink scientist and thirsty favorite, Rael Petit, and magically enchants your senses with its metallic movements.
“It’s one of my best mistakes that I’ve ever made,” explains Petit. “I kept trying to make the Platinum Margarita but kept failing at making the swirls, so I gave it a rest and left the batch in the fridge for 24 hours. Then suddenly, the drink started making all those fun moving effects.”
The $100 Platinum Margarita Recipe
- 1.5 oz Patron Platinum
- 0.75 oz Dolin Blanc
- 0.5 oz Lime Juice
- 0.25 oz Agave
- Espresso spoon of Edible Silver Powder (for baking)
- Stir batch and let it sit for 24 hours in a fridge
- Add Two Dashes of Rose Water
