The holiday season is all about eating, drinking and getting ready for Santa. And for our final featured cocktail on the 12 Drinks of Christmas in NYC to sip this season, we head to Lot 45 in Bushwick for a very merry beverage.
Made by Rael Petit, the Santa cocktail is a boozy blend of Singani 63, Boomerang cherry liqueur, allspice dram, lemon juice, aquafaba, simple syrup and homemade bitters and is oh-so-Instagrammable. It’s almost too pretty to drink.
