The“Beet”lejuice at Doc B.’s in Coral Gables

At Doc’s B.s in Coral Gables (and locations around the country), the dishes are made from scratch and the healthy menu – which is “veto-proof” – has something for everyone. And nothing completes a delicious dinner like a refreshing cocktail, like the “Beet”lejuice.

Made with gin, organic beet juice, mint and lemon, the “Beet”lejuice is served over crushed ice and garnished with a sprig of mint – a boozy concoction with a vibrant color and flavor.

“Doc B’s is best known for its fresh ingredients and that everything is made from scratch daily – including our food and cocktail program,” explains Dustin Durrenberger, Beverage Director at Doc B’s. “We use organic beet juice because it tastes natural with a hint of sweet and also offers a bold flavor. Added bonus: the bright color catches the attention of guests and people love to share it on instagram. It’s also named after one of our favorite films, the “Beet” lejuice!”

  • .75 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
