The cocktail program is headed up by Tenzin Samdo, who is widely considered one of the most creative bartenders at the moment.  Fitting with the ArtScience experience, Tenzin’s menu is a full sensory experience and his cocktails are meant to inspire and educate, as well as to be enjoyed.

We asked Tenzin about the Titi Monkey cocktail on his menu and he explained that it is meant to bring awareness to endangered species and their habitat.

He explains of the inspiration, “Our menu is inspired by altitude and endangered species and Titi monkeys are listed endangered as of the year 2012. They feed on a range of fruits, leaves, insects and seeds, the Titi Monkey spends most of its time in the canopy level of tropical rain forest trees from Peru to Colombia. Average habitat of 8500 feet above sea level.”
