Titus Andromedon at Kingsley in the East Village

This week, we head over to Kingsley in Alphabet City for the Titus Andromedon cocktail.  Created by Miranda Helck, Bar Manager, this drink pays homage to one of the most ingenious television characters of our generation, Titus from Netflix’s “Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt” that is brilliantly played by Tituss Burgess.

Helck says of her creation, “I wanted to do something fun and a little spicy for the Titus Andromedon. It takes all of those familiar winter flavors and turns them on their head a little with the use of tequila and cardamom. It’s fabulous, a little ostentatious, and warm. Just like my muse for the drink.”

Titus Andromedon Recipe

• 2 oz Puebla Viejo Tequila
• 1 oz Pear Juice
• 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5 oz Rosemary Syrup
• 0.25 oz Tempus fugit creme de cacao

Shake and double strain into a coupe garnish with a flaming piece of rosemary
