Treadwell Park Opens New NYC Location, In Time for Oktoberfest

Just in time to finish Oktoberfest on Sunday the 7th, Treadwell Park has opened its 3rd location October 1st in Hudson Yards North.

The 200-seat bar and restaurant, located north of Hudson Yards at 508 W. 42nd Street, offers visitors a bright and airy, design-driven space featuring communal tables, games, a photobooth, and an extensive rotating list of international and domestic beers that pair perfectly with a menu of comfort foods.

“We’re thrilled to share the Treadwell Park experience with this ever-changing and exciting neighborhood,” notes Abraham Merchant, CEO of Merchants Hospitality. “In addition to our neighbors here, the energy and entertainment of the area, combined with the convenience of major subway lines and transportation hubs, allow guests to come visit us from all over the city and the world.”

For this third iteration of Treadwell Park, Beverage Director Anne Becerra once again proves her beer-badassery by providing an excitingly curated menu of 20 draft lines and bottled selections. You can expect a range of fresh and hoppy NY-brewed options, as well as the rarer and finer offerings of Belgian lambics, German lagers and Weizens, and so much more.

The Tasting Room space is decorated with art and decor highlighting the history of women’s contribution to beer throughout history, including 12th-century German abbess Hildegard of Bingen, Dominique Friart of St-Feuillien, and regional legend Carol Stoudt.

The new cocktail menu offers creations inspired from different beer styles, such as the Lichtenhainer, a traditionally smoked, sour wheat beer, whose cocktail adaptation is made with mezcal, lime, and grapefruit bitters.

Treadwell Park West is open for food service from 11AM-11PM, with continued bar service into the night. Chef Antelmo Ambrosio brings the favorites: in-house-smoked pulled pork nachos, soft Bavarian pretzels, even lighter seasonal fare such as warm kale & farro bowl, and cedar-planked salmon.
