Tonight is the last night for Eastside wine bar Vero Midtown. Which means no more Free Panini Mondays (ugh!) and after work happy hour. But they are going out with a bang, throwing a going away party tonight starting at 8 p.m. We had many fun nights at Vero and will really miss this place – a gem among many of the fratty bars in the area.
Meanwhile, a source tells ThirstyNYC that the space will be taken over by a longtime EMM Group employee, who is going out on his own with this new project.
