It’s time to head to Virginia Beach for the inaugural Virginia Bourbon Invitational, which debuts on the Saturday afternoon of November 3rd on the Great Lawn of The Cavalier Hotel. From 1 pm to 5 pm, event ticket holders will enjoy unlimited bourbon tastings from 18 distilleries.
Along with The Cavalier’s on-site distillery, Tarnished Truth, spirit participants include Belmont Farm Distillery, Copper and Oak Craft Spirits, Iron Clad Distillery Co., Heaven Hill, Elijah Craig, Buffalo Trace, Jose. A. Magnus & Co., Seven Stills, Knob Creek and Makers Mark.
Tapas-style dishes will be offered by leading Coastal Virginia restaurants, such as Becca, The Hunt Room, The Cavalier Beach Club, Saltine, Varia, and Grain.
Along with bourbon tastings and small plates from six local restaurants, all ticket holders will enjoy live entertainment, and cigar bar access. VIP ticket holders, The Connoisseurs, receive early event entry at 12 pm noon to sip exclusive high-end tastings alongside unlimited bourbon tastings. In addition, VIP Connoisseurs will receive swag bags filled with hats, glasses, T-shirts and more from participating distilleries.
Live Music at the Virginia Bourbon Invitational
Anthony Rosano & The Conqueroos and Bennett Wales & the Relief will provide live music on the main stage, on The Cavalier Great Lawn. throughout the day. After the event concludes, join us in The Hunt Room for more live entertainment, drinks, with an inside peek at Tarnished Truth Distilling Company.

250 shares of the barrel, Barrel to be opened and bottled after 3 years of aging, To be distributed at the 4th Annual Bourbon Invitational, (2021); ($150)
Tarnished Truth Distillery Dinner:
On Friday, 11/02, ticket includes tour and three course meal with cocktail pairings by the Hunt Room’s Executive Chef Sam Reyes, plus, special giveaways; ($200 pp++)
Distillers Brunch:
On Sunday, 11/04, ticket includes special brunch menu and conversation with participating distillers; ($50 pp++)
