Delhi Dram at Strip House
- 2 oz. Bacardí 8 Year Rum
- 1 oz. Pumpkin Purée
- 1 oz. Cardamom-Curry Honey Syrup*
- ¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
Directions:
Build all ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice and shake hard 30x. Double strain into a Double Rocks Glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a pinch of Garam Masala. *Cardamom-Curry Honey Syrup: Take 2 oz. cardamom pods. Smash them and add along with a ½ teaspoon of curry powder to a quart of honey syrup (50/50). Simmer for 15 minutes, then cool and strain.
