Think that margaritas are a summertime only sip? Think again. National Margarita Day actually falls on Saturday, Feb. 22. And since tequila is always a good idea, head to one of these spots around Los Angeles to celebrate.
Just in time for National Margarita Day, Baja Cantina, a beacon for beach bunnies, surfers, musicians and the ever-diversifying neighborhood of Marina del Rey since its debut in 1975, is now under new ownership/management. The Baja Cantina Margaritas are as cool as libations get, with selections such as the refreshing Watermelon Margarita, the Baja-Rita and the spicy with a hint of sweet Cantina Heat. Additionally, fruit-forward margaritas include the Blood Orange Margarita and the Pomegranate Margarita.
