Drink This Now: White Rabbit Cocktail at Vault in Fayetteville, Arkansas

We love us tropical drinks and are always down for a cocktail that draws inspiration from the Piña Colada. So when Shaun Traxler told us they are serving one at Vault in Fayetteville, Arkansas, we had to learn more. The White Rabbit got us even more excited to learn it also adds in banana, chartreuse and cachaça into the mix. We need to drink this now!

Created by bartender, Alvaro Cepeda Jr., he shares of the cocktail, “The White Rabbit was inspired by a mash-up of two of my all-time favorites – the Piña Colada and the Caipirinha. I was infatuated with the way the funk from caçhaca, herbaceousness from Chartreuse, fatty-richness of coconut cream, and subtle florality from Lavender all come together to form a superbly round and luscious drink full of depth and complexity…and like everything here at Vault, it needed a bit of whimsy hence The Matrix themed, Red Pill/Blue Pill garnish. There’s nothing more fun than approaching a guest with this and leaving them with ‘See how deep the rabbit hole goes’ as they choose their pill.”
