Junoon
When you think of Indian food, a wine pairing may not be the first thing that comes to mind. But at Junoon, an authentic and elegant Michelin Star restaurant heading up by Executive Chef Vikhas Khanna and Culinary Creative Director Aliya LeeKong, the wine list is extensive. The restaurant offers a five-course tasting menu for $75 per person ( a vegetarian option is available, for $65 per person) and the expert wine pairings will set you back another $55. Trust us: it’s worth it. 27 W 24th St; 212.490.2100; www.junoonnyc.com
wd-50
Known for pioneering molecular gastronomy, Wylie Dufresne’s wd-50 also offers an impressive wine pairing for an extra $95 per person to go along with the inventive dishes. A Squash-Roasted peanut soup is paired with a Willemette Valley Pinot Blanc while the Cured Duck Breast gets a Limnio Domaine Porto Carras. 50 Clinton Street; 212.477.2900; www.wd-50.com
Momofuku Ko
Everyone should experience the tasting menu with a wine pairing at Momofuku Ko at least once. Especially if someone else is paying. The lunch menu is $175 per person and dinner runs $125, with the wine pairing tacking on an extra $95 for each diner. All of the dishes and beverages served at this 12 seat restaurant are based on market availability so you never know what to expect but your mind will be blown. 163 First Avenue; 212.500.0831; www.momofuku.com/new-york/ko/about/

No matter what your budget or taste, Grieco will work to pair your meal with the best choices to accompany your dinner.
