Located in Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood along Restaurant Row, Chef Andrew Zimmerman’s Proxi transports its guests around the world, beginning with cuisine and extending to an eclectic beverage program focused on culturally diverse ingredients.

Bartender Jessica Sandberg’s cocktail menu of globally-inspired drinks pairs perfectly with Zimmerman’s electric menu of elevated street fare. This summer, she’s planned a lot of bright and colorful drinks that boast exotic ingredients and unusual spirits, along with the chic brasserie’s popular list of creative Gin + Tonics.
